A Sober Goddess is a woman who has stopped hiding behind the veil of alcohol. She has emerged as the most authentic, empowered, and creative version of herself. As a Sober Goddess myself, I lean on my coaching skills and lifelong yoga and mindfulness practices to specialize in assisting women who currently:
